Newborn Lifestyle Session: Seattle Wa

This lifestyle newborn session with Anna and Ryan is special for many reasons but the first reason is that they are family and mean the world to me. I feel very fortunate that I was able to traverse the country and capture this little man. Baby Cam made his parents work hard and wait a long time to get him here but 100% worth it. He is spoiling his parents because he is such a happy baby. Plus he warms everyone’s heart with all of his coos and gas smiles. I can’t forget to mention that Jax, Cam’s fur brother, is always looking out for him. Jax is constantly on surveillance making sure the humans are being cautious, listening to his brother and acting immediately.

Cam’s session and newborn photography is one of the driving forces behind my passion and starting my business. I will forever be the Aunty with the camera but I love being able to freeze stages and memories for my family and friends.

A newborn session in a family home doesn’t have to be complicated. I find simple is best. Candid and inclusive. Making sure to capture all the humans and fur babies. I always seek out the best natural light in a home and strive to make everyone feel comfortable. The completely understand that the newborn stage is so special, exhausting but fleeting and I want to give my clients a variety of images to document these priceless memories.
